What is your country of birth?

January my GC initiation was started, strategy call was in February, pwd filed in March, pwd determined in august, recruitment in September and October, ETA 9089 was sent to me for review late November and filed late November.
Perm will hopefully take six months, and then if you are able to do concurrent and have your birth certificate and medical done at the time, do premium processing for i140 but have the i145 and i1765 and i131 (for combo card) filed at the same time…? Correct me if wrong.

“If you are able to do concurrent” yeah

It depends on multiple factors. The applicant’s country of birth, which Service Center gets the case, if it is EB1 or EB2/EB3. Depends also if it gets an RFE or gets audit. The estimate is usually minimum 2 years.

From China so there's a backlog.
Started process in August 2017, Didn't file PERM until late December 2018. PERM approval in early 2019 And got 140 approval in summer 2019 through premium processing. 485 filed in 2021 August And got the GC in November. So all in all, it was a four year process for me.
