Is anyone familiar the management structure in this area? I have an upcoming interview with two senior managers but am unsure if the partner, director structure exists here. Just trying to get a sense of where I am with interviews.

Any articles or books on maintaining a trusted client relationship? OR any pointers towards doing that?
One consistent feedback I receive is that I don't follow through on client relationship. I build tremendous trust and good will during an engagement, but I let the relationship die out once we wrap the work out. OR It is luke warm at best with a periodic email once in a while, unable to introduce people or grow the relationship.
Any help?
