How long does it take to hear back after a Tuck interview?

I currently work at a large research institution and am in the process of getting retroactively reclassified to a new title (Long story but my PI is cheap and routinely pays ppl the bare minimum so now the Union is helping me w/ a retro reclass.) Reclass can take 2 - 6 months to process. Meanwhile, I am interviewing for industry job. If I get an industry job, what do I do if my reclass isn’t processed yet? I want the title and the money owed which may be about $15000- 20000.

A recruiter reached out to me about a semi-remote position with a pay range from $165-225k for 1,700 hours, “no real floor.” I make $350k plus equity now, between in-house and my own clients, plus equity, and have a chance to make $100- 200k more in the next year.
