How long does it take to hear back from Deloitte? Had final round interview 2 days ago and felt like it went great but still haven’t heard back, beginning to lose confidence in the offer Deloitte

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week. I believe they’re interviewing other candidates. Does that make me second or third choice? And does the fact that I’m working with a recruiter hurt my chances of being selected due to the commission? Should I hold out for the offer or is 1+ week a sign that I won’t be selected?

It's been 3 week with CTS (cognizant). After HR discussion HR said wait for offer letter but no offer letter yet.
