How long does it take your body to grow accustomed to less food? I’m watching my caloric intake and keeping it at about 1500 cals but I’m always so stinking hungry. Will I ever get used to it?

Eat higher volume food. Compare a whole watermelon to a candy bar. They may actually have the same calories but one will keep you fuller longer

Also focus on foods that keep you feeling full - protein and fiber rich foods do that for me.

drink 16 oz of water an hour - you’ll be too busy peeing to have time to eat.

Try drinking some tea with stevia. It gives you something to do when you want to eat, but is zero calories. I do this when I am fasting, if I experience a craving. Or, engaging in a fun hobby or task works too. Any activity that focuses you on something other than food.

Can I ask how you came to the number 1500 ?

How much of a caloric deficit is that for you ? [BMR + calories from exercise]

My TDEE is about 1700 and my BMR is 1450. So I figure 1500 is a pretty safe goal. Between crazy work hours and studying for my CPA not much exercise is happening. At this point I just want to stop gaining more than losing. I’ll worry about losing after the holidays and busy season😂

Morning! So I am in the process of an IUI. I started letrozole Wednesday and have to go back next Wednesday for blood work and ultra sound. I was so excited that I forgot I had booked a trip for a family event for 4th of July. I am leaving on the 28th and won’t be back till the 5th. Did I just screw myself over? What do you do for a rush? I was medically separated and delved into this business thing fully. It's okay but I'm missing something.

Can I have some advice on how to lose 4-6 pounds? 

I was in my ideal body weight until the last couple of months when I gained weight (I stopped working out and I was not eating healthy at all). I retook IF, healthy eating & exercise (HIIT mostly) to start off the year - I know 2-3 weeks is nothing but I'm getting frustrated because it's been easier for me to lose weight in the past yet I'm not sure why I see no changes this time. If anything I feel more flabbier and soft.
