How long does it usually take to get an offer letter? I had interviews at a big 4 firm over a month ago and got an offer over the phone a few weeks ago but still no offer letter. Is this normal?

I’m have been reached out by other big 4 firms to join them. I am interested in doing so. However I struggle with one question when I get asked by other big 4. How Do you all answer the question “why do you want to leave your current job” when the big 4 culture is the same and same line of work?

I worked at PWC, Deloitte and EY. EY is the worst big 4. I’ve never had such a bad experience anywhere!

Is it pretty usual to go from big 4 M to MBB? Or do they not consider Big 4 Consulting as valuable experience?

I have a small classroom with 5 tables. I have two of the tables pushed together (side by side) and two tables pushed together to make an L shape. My student's always manage to push them apart or crooked. I am constantly pushing them back together or straightening them throughout the day. The tables being out of place would not be that big of a deal if my classroom was not small. I have tried non slip furniture pads, but they did not work. Any suggestions/hacks? Thank you!
