How long does KPMG FDD take to respond after submitting application?

I’m interviewing for a Director of Marketing and Communications role. Although it’s a little bit of a stretch with things I’ve never done before, I think I could do it. However I’m having a bit of imposter syndrome due to my age (27).

I’m worried they’ll take one look at me and assume I’m too young to handle it. Same goes for anyone I’d be managing.

Any advice/tips?

Why I am unable to get a single interview call. Where i am going wrong. i am trying since march and its already been more than 5 months. Looking for a referral. I have a little less than 2 YOE, 10 of which being in FDD. I don’t have my CPA yet but I can sit. I’ve been in-charging deals for the last 6 months. I’m looking for a senior 1 role making 100k in SoCal. I’ll be glad to hop on a call with anyone before referring me.

My new base is 108k for S1 in HCOL. How is it compared to the market salary? (I know PwC is way higher so except that...)

FDD folks: What was your biggest dumpster fire of a deal? Seems like things can go very wrong whilst moving at deal speed.

I be got a good academic record, a CPA, fairly relevant experience in M&A, but no on the job modeling experience so I would think that certification coupled with everything else would nudge me in the right direction.
