Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

It took me a good 4 weeks to get formal offer, I fell through the cracks and had to follow up. My experience was not great. I'd keep hounding then if I were you. 70k top end for C does sound high to me. For reference I joined as PC and top end given to me was around 80-85k base.
Makes sense I guess. I’m based out of London and my current company currently cover all my expenses even in London but wasn’t sure if that was the case across the board. I’ve got 6 YOE (3 in consulting)
It takes ages. Brace yourself. I joined this year. I had verbal confirmation on the 29th of April, formal offer confirmed by agent on the 17th of May and offer in my inbox on the 20th of May. I started on the 16th of June - I asked for that date but with the security checks it would probably be the same.
It’s a really great company, with very bright and helpful people to work with and exciting projects. Worth the wait.
Mine was remote but people can come to the office now (it’s not required).
Having recently gone through the recruitment process (End of Sept/Oct), they took one week from verbal offer (including package) to sharing offer docs. However, I only verbally accepted the offer following some negotiation around package and so they may have gone through lots of the discussion regarding package etc already. Have you agreed on a package yet or just have the initial interest to go forward from PA?
In terms of package that all seems about right, to come in at £70k you’d likely be considered a strong Consultant expecting to move to Principal within a year. If that’s not you (and you haven’t heavily negotiated your offer), expect neared low 60s or even high 50s.
It was total comp including the benefits, £70k base would likely be very top end of Consultant grade. For reference I’m at Consultant Analyst grade having just hit 2YOE recently.
I gave up waiting. I found their process far from ideal, and had started at Deloitte when my offer came through.
None at all if I’m honest. For what I do D has a better rep, so a better move
I am in the same boat....I have a verbal offer but waiting for a written formal offer. They sure do take their time at PA. Not sure what it says about the org!!!!!
Not yet. Still waiting!!!
To those of you waiting for your offers, I’m sorry :( I help to do some of the interviewing, and didn’t realise that things were so slow after you’ve received the verbal offer. Will definitely be feeding this back to our recruitment team.
Perhaps the delay is an effect of the new realties of a virtual/remote way of working but my perception is of an organization that likes to take it's time. Question becomes, how many top talent are you losing simply because there is no email confirming what you've verbally told a candidate? It becomes slightly more toxic when you're doing the chasing and there is no response. PA can do better.
