Say "These companies have invested time and effort in me, and I feel like I owe it to them and myself to see it through." That way, it doesn't sound like you're ungrateful or shopping around because you're not interested in Offer A.
Also, tell everyone else "I have received an offer and don't want to leave them hanging, could we please accelerate the timeline here?"
I waited 3 weeks to deny / accept my offers. Pretty sure they’d rather you be confident in your decision than rush to make it.

Wayyy too long. 2-3 days max.
A week is normal, but my company was nice enough to push it out to a month while I finished other interviews
2-3 weeks is totally fine, just make sure you communicate to them that’s what you need to do all of your DD
For context, I’m an analyst planning to make the switch at the end of my current program. Not sure if there’s more flexibility in the amount of time you can wait the more senior you are
Excellent question, just beginning the Interview process, and hoping I face this situation
