How long is too long after a second round interview? In other words, is there a period of time after which I just assume I won’t be called back?

I think following up is always worth it. It doesn’t cost anything or hurt your chances and very occasionally gets the hiring team to make a move. I have had a few where I heard back positively at 2 wks+.

like

Definitely follow up. Also, don’t be surprised if you get turned down initially because you were their second pick abs then they come back to you in 6 months because you’re a known quantity and they don’t want to start a search all over so even after a rejection send a thank you email letting them know to keep in touch.

Thank you, I appreciate the advice.

Hi,

I attempted the interview for naggro. I cleared the written test and two technical discussions. In the HR round, HR told me that we also interviewing other candidates for this position who is the best fit they will receive the offer letter. My doubt is if they feel I am not completely fit for this position why they took the interview?

The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

I applied for a job based on the job description and now have an interview with the Recruiter in the next couple of days. In preparation for the interview I did some research and have serious concerns about the company. E.g., most of the most recent Glassdoor reviews describe the company as a "sinking ship" with poor benefits and poor leadership.

How would you approach this situation? Would you mention the bad reviews to the recruiter? Cancel? Continue and see what happens?
