How long should I wait on bench in nagarro to start looking other opportunities outside ?

If I've been on the bench for a month and can't find a project but my utilization is still 110% should I be worried?

First ever bench trial coming on appeal from an arbitration award in favor of my client. Client also won at magistrate level. Wondering/hoping I’d judge cares that my client already won 2x!

Is anyone still on the bench? I don't know what I should do... utilization significantly went down and so depressed now

How is job security at LTI? I heard employee is fired after 90 days on bench directly.
It had also laidoff people in 2017 i guess.

Please provide outlook for at least next 2-3 years.

Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.
