Producer Salaries

How long should you be an Associate Producer before being promoted to Producer (no junior or Associate in the title)? What’s the expected salary increase?

works at

% increase depends entirely what you're currently making / are you an up and coming rock star. As an AP you should be looking to make 75-85 in your promotion to P internally, 85 externally.

don’t know anymore. Not directed @ you but seems like they promote receptionists or Exec Assists to AP’s after 6 months & then to producers in another year. That’s basically the last 2 Juniors I trained. For context when I started: PA about 2 yrs, AP 3 to 5 then Producer. So to be a producer one needed about 5 years not including gofer type assist.
