Take a diagnostic first
On weekdays, I would study 6-7 am before work and then again after dinner from 8-930 or so. On weekends I would try to put a couple of hours in in the morning. Ended up scoring a 770 purely because I could recognize patterns
It depends on your foundation and how well you study. I usually hear 2-3 months. I don't study well, so it took me many months. At least schedule one and see how well you do then. If you don't hit your goal, hopefully, you'll have time for Round 1 or 2 apps.
How much time can you devote to studying each week?
@OP that's a good chunk of time. Assuming you start at a decent enough level then 2-3 months shouldn't be a problem.
Just make sure you spread that time out 2 hours a day times five days will be more productive than a 10 hour Sunday cram session.
Did a course. That probably got me to mid 600s. To score well into the 700s, you’ll have to study well. Or be really good at obscure skills that no one cares about after the test
@D1 probably 10-15 hours
Thanks D1 - makes sense! I’ll follow that schedule for the next 2-3 months and fall back to a live course if I’m not feeling to confident towards the end maybe
Wow that’s awesome D2 - did you study solo or part of a course? Which books or program?
Diagnostic for sure...I knew I was a good test taker so I only studied a few days
Nice D2! How long did you do that?
