Anyone looking for SAP Project Managers, I am just finishing up a 3 year Greenfield S4 HANA implementation focused on project delivery. Please PM me for details
I have ptsd from a terrible accident where two people died. I nearly died myself. Every time one of you says you got ptsd from a difficult project or bad client, I want to scream.

Offer Evaluation: 1. Stay: wait for a few months to get a title raise to AD (with no 💸) 2. Leave: take a Director offer on the client side (with 60k more 💸), but it’s not your dream job/Industry
I'm on a reporting team with a Manager who doesn't manage strategically. He says "yes" to everything, doesn't keep meetings on track with client and SM, doesn't own anything but agrees to
IMO Great editing/production companies in Atlanta. Under 20k budget (this is client work, not AMC folks) and GO:
Director small client to VP flagship client, internal move after less than a year. Going from leading a team of 4 to one of 20. What’s a reasonable ask as a percentage salary bump?
10+ YOE, experienced hire, and up for promotion to SC this year. My current project is straight up analyst work (absolutely no disrespect). I spend my days doing nothing but updating excel sheets, producing reports for slides, and doing extremely boring work (go into 100+ folders/excels and report back on who's completed what). I not only feel like this is BS, but I feel like it's going to screw up my promotion. I've never asked any analyst I have worked with to do this stuff, yet here I am...
What do you do when the client starts to think you're also their personal assistant? Is this common behavior?
I can hardly handle this stress. Joined recently, fresh grad. Small team, with me being the only full time on the project. I don’t know What to do. Anxiety and panic are building. Any advice?
just got put onto a project, but planned on putting in my two weeks by the end of the month. project expected to go past then. is it bad to put in your two weeks mid project?

I have a client who only wants to use MS Teams to communicate to us. It is a nightmare for many reasons but not sure how to stop this.
My manager is incapable of admitting when he’s wrong, to the point where he’s let me use the wrong formulas on client work because he couldn’t bring himself to admit he’d given me the wrong formula.
Does anyone belong to a CrossFit box in their city? Trying to figure out how to balance the cost of membership vs. traveling and not being able to when I’m at a client. Any workarounds?
Laid off, what to do next? Advice please.
I’m fairly new to contributing to my 401k, I see mixed opinions on Roth vs. Traditional. My informal life advisor is trying to tell me that the opportunity cost for not having the investments in the traditional 401k is greater than the long term tax benefits from contributing to a Roth 401k? Does anyone have a qualified opinion on this?
How did you guys break into your industries? What're the biggest qualitative differences between MBB Consultants and Big Four Consultants?
Australian news program used client’s copyrighted video without permission/license in production. News program claims it falls under fair use as they “critiqued” the video. Video was not newsworthy. It was fail video (America’s funniest home videos type) used for laughs, and to fill the hour with content. Any recommendations for client?

How do I go about pivoting from customer facing roles to internal roles? My company is too small (health tech). I am burned out on executive relationships, customer facing demands, etc. I really enjoy program management type work. I do not like managing people. Would Chief of Staff be an option? Had I stayed at my previous firm I probably could have gone internal but going back in an internal role is not an option.
For those in AM: thoughts on CAIA, CIPM, etc?? I was wondering if these will actually help vs. just waste of money.
Best Toronto spg? I want to stay in a hotel with a great location in the city if that clarifies what I'm looking for
Hi fish! I’m hiring for a senior analyst in e-commerce supply chain. Focus is on network optimization and data analytics. Industry role. Chicago-based. Please DM if interested :).
What is the usual salary bump when you move from associate to Senior associate in KPMG (%, etc.)
I recently got a verbal from B4 firm but have yet to receive the written (going on 2 weeks now). I have recently received another verbal offer from a different B4 firm. How should I negotiate with the original firm for more $? What would you say? This is my first time switching jobs so fairly new.
I have strong political opinions, but keep those private at work with the exception of a few coworkers who I’ve known for years. I was offered a job at another local firm with a 25% raise and good benefits. I was doing my due diligence and researching this company and saw on their Facebook page that they sponsor multiple “Trump Won” and “Health and Freedom” rallies with the myPillow guy. Calling on Monday to turn it down. Why would a firm publicly support something so crazy?? On to the next one!
Do you guys charge the same rate for client side freelance? E.g. if New Balance wanted you to help with a new sub-brand visual ID.
How many people on dating apps looking for something serious? Upvote / respond age/gender ?
For the Ms and SMs, How involved are you in the teams daily activities and review of client deliveries? My SM is very in the weeds. Wants daily status emails, wants to review everything, be on all client meetings, join team status calls and I think it’s excessive and borders being a micro mgr. They also think that I should be sending all client emails instead of the team lead under me. I don’t understand this thinking as when I was a team lead, I did all of that with minimal mgr oversight.
