There is no time limit. If you freelance for 2 weeks or 2 months, it counts.

I hop from project to project and from agency to agency. Sometimes it’s a week, a month, etc. I simply list the agencies, regardless of time.
At the end of the day, recruiters ask for your resume to make sure they feel confident in your track record. My list of clients is designed to reassure them that I know the general process & lingo within a creative agency.
3-4? No real rules. I know people that list every single gig they did even if it was 2 weeks...although I personally think it looks silly.
3-4 Months. No weeks.
If they pay for your time and expertise list it. You don’t have to necessarily list time frame you worked there. You can say, “freelanced for various agencies such as X, Y, and Z.”
I think with your first project!
