Switching consulting agencies atm. Currently I earn way below average at 42k€/p.a + car. Next week I am negotiating with another company wanting to employ me. I am actually bringing in a customer with a fixed 2 year project @ 1000€ all-in/day rate (5 billable days/week). What salary should I aim for - and what bonuses? I would love something around the market average of 65-75k is it realistic even though I am in my mid 20s?
Well fuck. I got laid off. Just when you think you’re in the clear, 2020 brings the pain. Guess it’s true that the big title comes with a big target.
Was hired into a company at a level that was more junior than my skills (Was out of work due to pandemic for a year). I’ve been at the company 5 months. We’re going through a reorg and my new position will really be leveraging my years of experience more so than other role. Is it appropriate to discuss a raise/adding senior to title? Or should I do the job and then prove myself then talk about raise. I have more experience than the senior members of my team. New leadership than when I was hired
How long does it take to hear from HR after technical interview for experienced candidates? Does cognizant send rejection/selection mail after technical round?
I have 6+ years of work experience working as an Ops Manager in a 3pl company doing last mile deliveries. Highest level of education is MS Supply chain management from UMD. I have been thinking about making a career switch and go into consulting. What are my chances of getting calls from MBB? Or big 4? Or are there any other firms who focus mainly on Supply chain and logistics consulting? McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Bain & Company Deloitte EY PwC Kearney

Moms, do you have recommendations for formula? My baby is 5 and half months old, and I want to supplement with formula, just a few ounces every day. She had some Similac and enfamil samples, and don’t have any negative reaction with either.
I’m looking to further my career and was told I cant interview for a job because I don’t have my k12 administrative certification Anyone in PA- can you help me figure out how to obtain that? TIA
Does anyone use Root insurance? I’m intrigued by the low prices (my quote is about $85 vs my current $150 with State Farm) but am concerned as to whether it’s legitimate. More specifically if I ever do get into a serious accident are they reliable? This assumes same coverage for both policies.
Nearing partner track discussion and expecting a brutal feedback session. Best way to prep?
EY M3, presume I’m going to M4. Tier2 city in PI. Strong ratings. Any insight to my raise/bonus if I’m low end of scale ~$145k salary.
Anyone else feel like that if they aren’t doing the work themselves then it’s never done correctly? Doesn’t matter what it is - admin to client work - always materially incorrect. Also, doesn’t matter what training I give them - a quick overview or an in-depth working session. And then the Partners ask why I’m exhausted all the time.
Hello! I have a two part question: 1) is it worth it to obtain an SHRM specialty credential if I don’t have the broader SHRM certification? 2) has anyone gotten the People Analytics or Talent Acquistion credential? If so, how valuable was it from a learning perspective? Do you feel it significantly contributed to your knowledge in either area? Thank you!

There is a huge push for our district to install audio and visual cameras to the classrooms. What do you all think?
My partner didn't inform the client that I am not a local resource. The client yelled at me today for not being here on Friday and he claims he never takes non local resources in his team.
Client calls cuz he wants to transfer his account to a IRA. Asks abt the process but he's wasted my time w BS questions before and not my job to transfer his account. Compliance issue if I ignore him?
