How many accounts do PR Account Directors normally manage at smaller PR firms?

Hi All, I have been working fulltime for 6 years and have been consulting on the side for a year. Last month was a great month for me where I generated the highest revenue until now. I realized that I am ready to grow my business and find more clients so that I can eventually quit my fulltime job. I am very new to this and have never even pitched before. I want to learn all of it to expand my business. Does anyone have any tips how I can get started?

What do you guys know about the IR section? I got a 6 and I’m worried it’ll hurt my chances.

Advice for a rising senior in college with full time recruiting starting now? I have a great resume/experience (multiple internships and leadership opportunities) but a not so great GPA (3.1).

Any suggestions on how to address the upper management teams' racial biases? Like, I don’t think anyone on the team is openly racist, or at least they aren’t aware of it but I have been with this company for about two months now and I can tell the difference in the way POC are treated vs. the white employees. For context, the leadership team is made up of 12 men (all white), and two white females. So, yeah, not sure how to address this.
