How many are updating the resume after getting the increment letter ?

Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

Scenario: You’ve been invited to a second round of the remote interview process with the leaders of the Tech team you’d be working with/reporting to. Would you need to be told specifically to arrive on camera or do you consider it a given? (You have not had previous interviews at this level)

I’ve been interviewing with This company for over a month. Had my 3rd round a couple weeks ago and didn’t hear back until yesterday. They wanted to interview me today which was just another to see if I had an questions, mentioned what I’d be doing and I’d hear by end of day. Have yet to hear and again not sure.

Does peloton only work on your lower body? I like running and going for walks etc and am conflicted between getting a peloton vs joining a gym. Cause I live in NYC I walk quite a bit and my lower body is pretty toned but would love to have more definition/strength in my arms, stomach. I’m working as an allocator in market neutral public market strategy funds; am about to be recommended for a promotion to associate. However, an analyst position just opened up internally in Credit, which is where I aspire to be for the next ten years. More growth and more intellectual challenge. I’m conflicted about applying for a lateral transfer and losing out on a promotion. Will I be missing out a promotion or should I negotiate a promotion as part of my application to this role ?

In my offer letter relocation assistance is mentioned as supposed to be utilised in first 2 months, but there is no business need of relocating at this point of time, will they provide relocation if I relocate at later date.

What is this Exception approval ?
