Four briefs or four brands? It’s normal to work on multiple assignments concurrently, as long as the projects are in different stages from concept to production. If all four are hot buttons, then you need to be sure you do have capacity. Better to fewer things well than a lot of things poorly.
Don’t feel bad about saying no occasionally. That’s also a good skill to learn.
5 was my max in the past. Not saying that was a good thing either.
