Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I’ve applied to PM roles at many biotech companies (e.g. Charles River, ICON, Paraxel) but only got 1 interview which didn’t work out. Which companies should I look to for an entry level PM role? I have accepted an offer for the role of Director of Data Science & Analytics and I'll be working with old colleagues. I am very excited. I haven't given notice yet because I am waiting for the background check to complete, but my boss just asked me about traveling to a meeting in November. I start at the new job Oct 25. I have an interview at Microsoft next week for the role of SharePoint consultant. What should my preparation be like?

My supervisor took over the steps i was supposed to perform during final deployment and there was a mess up. All management people think it was me. What should I do? I am looking for promotion this year and this will bring down my ratings? Should I talk to my SM who is above my supervisor? I have split up my snapshots for reviews between SM and my supervisor. So both of their reviews will matter to me ???

I got an offer in industry! Feeling excited but at the same time very confused. It’s a good offer that I don’t want to pass up but also feel extremely bad leaving during busy season.
