Should I pull the trigger and apply to another job. I’ve been at big 4 for a little over a year now and I don’t see myself staying until manager, possibly not even senior. I never was super ecstatic about the job, but it has gotten worse since WFH began. Another job opportunity appeared closer to my home with the potential of a $10K+ pay increase.

I have 9.5 years of experience and my CCTC is 21L (fixed + var).
I am looking for minimum 25 fixed but every call I get they say they cannot pay that much .
Whereas I see in market for almost all technologies people wit 5 year experience are easily getting paid 25+

My husband is wanting to transition from the construction industry to tech. He’s an extremely successful PM but the work life balance in construction is almost nonexistent. Are there any certifications he should get that would help him make the move / any advice on what role he could step in to using his experience as a PM? Hi fishes, I joined CG in Jan 2021... Not got appraisal yet.... They told that after 18 months only u will get... And 18 months passed but then also no information about that... And people who joined on Dec 2020.. Got appraisal 2 times... Why this is happening to us only.... I contacted my manager... He also don't have any answer...

My manager has prepared a roster for BTO with 2 days a week, different for each team member.
Is it fair enough if i request him to provide me WFO continuously for 2 weeks and rest 2 weeks WFH?

Hi fishes good evening. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All
