^I take pride in having a life, so I use all 25 days.

Just got back from 25days of PTO

As little as possible. In California, our unused PTO gets rolled over and we get paid out whatever hours we accumulate over 240

More than 20 easily.

10-15 probably. Never lost days in the rollover. Taking the full 2 weeks for Christmas helps

4 days the first year (1 year accrued PTO stash) and 25 days since. 😁
