Assigned to one. It's the worst.
Also, each account thinks I’m tasked specifically to them. Been that way everywhere I’ve worked. This lie to the clients is one big reason they have unrealistic turn around expectations
Is it weird to be hired in for only one account?
Depends on the size of the account and agency. They may be bringing you in to fill a specific client FTE and will get a feel for where else you can pitch in. But no, it isn't weird.
@AD OP not at all. Depends on the size of your company vs the accounts. We do a lot of sports marketing and advertising where I work, so it's very diverse here.
I work on one account and it’s fine. Wouldn’t do this forever tho
4-6 plus new biz/pro bono.
Usually about 2 or 3 plus picking up other ones when that team is overwhelmed and needs some short term help

On a weekly basis I touch about 3-5 veiry different accounts. Keeps me on my toes though!
