Need some advice—I’m 26wks pregnant and interviewing for new job Monday. They know I’m pregnant already. If they offer me the job, I’ll probably work for 9wks before needing to go out for the baby. How should I negotiate maternity leave? I won’t be eligible for FMLA, but I’ll do the state leave after birth for 8wks. Should I ask them to grant me a few weeks of paid leave as a PTO advance? Should I go from an SDR in an established member of a competitive market to a TM at a new kid on the block startup. Both companies have very similar products. I’m 25/F, recently came out to my mother as gay and she was not receptive. I decided to send a message to my father and sisters to tell them next, and got crickets. I have a wonderful girlfriend and was so excited to share it with them, and it hurts to not have their support. I feel lucky that I have wonderful friends who do support me though. Anyone with DOR / higher than average FSH have success with IVF or any helpful tips? About to start round 2 after an unsuccessful transfer with DOR. Ended up with 8 mature eggs, 7 fertilized, 2 embryos last go round but keeping one frozen.

Feeling a bit down after a negative pregnancy test today - we’ve officially passed the six month mark of TTC. I’m 33, progesterone, prolactin, and thyroid all look normal but my cycles suck. They will regularly stretch into the 40 - 50 day range but OB seems really unconcerned. Has anyone here had a difficult recovery post-egg retrieval? It’s been 3 days and I’m still in a lot of pain. The medical team said I should expect to be uncomfortable for 5-7 days or more due to the high number of eggs retrieved (=very swollen ovaries) and it will take 2 weeks to get back to normal.
