How many months is the processing time for H4 extensions these days? I am trying to plan for visa stamping in summer during kids holidays. The applications were sent out on January 10. My H1 extension is already approved.

As I see there are many young parents in this group, need some valuable advice.. I and my partner have been dating since 2019 and we recently (in Feb'22) got married in India. Yesterday we found out about our pregnancy (unexpected) and we were not mentally ready for this yet. Has anyone idea that ITR really required for schengen visa(Netherlands) ? Actually last year I mistakenly filled ITR-3 instead of ITR-1 which is processing. Will this ITR 3 create problem for my VISA?

Accepting a contract job offer and still interviewing for other full time jobs until I get one. Target is full time job. So in the meantime if I receive a full time offer, can I apply for the second TN visa at the border within a month without notifying each of the companies? I will leave the contract role if TN visa for full time gets approved.

Folks, my wife (on J1 visa with waiver issued) and I (on H1) are planning to travel to Puerto Rico or Hawaii in December. However our visa stamps have expired but I have a valid I-797 and she has a valid DS-2019. Has anyone traveled to PR/ Hawaii in a similar scenario?
