How many of MBB people would exit for PMO role?

Thoughts on leaving Big 4 to go to a smaller firm (eg ATK, OW). Proposed role is great, more collaborative culture with less sharp elbows and a metrics first attitude... impact to personal brand?

Considering MBA -how difficult is it to land a top PE role out of a top MBA. I’m currently a REPE associate potentially interested in transitioning - 4 years experience and passed all three CFA exams.

Currently without employment and in a bit of a dilemma: My non preferred company did a bait and switch with the role, took a month to get me the e-contract with start date TBD (2-3 weeks down the line). My preferred company is interviewing super slowly, the position is senior, pay is great and commute is lower. Ok to tell non preferred to wait longer or will it make HR mad at me and take the offer away?

Posting this for information for others at EY: 1. EY initiates PERM and I’m on a TN visa, so I think TNs don’t need to go though H1B for GC at EY. 2. My PERM initiated before 1 year tenure (I joined mid-August), not sure what triggered it. But it seems like the 1 year requirement is not strictly enforced.
