How many of us are working on a project where the project manager has little idea about the tasks and the efforts involved to complete those tasks??

Hi fiserv, How is bench policy in mphasis. I have heard that if you are more than one month on bench, you will not get salary till you are not assigned with any project. Is it true.

Real talk- which Big 4 GENERALLY has the best culture? I know it depends on projects/areas but what has been everyone’s experience when factoring in progression and feedback, client assignments and career development teams?

Received an offer for a Project Delivery Specialist II in GPS. Are all Project Delivery types tied to PDM? Is it possible to negotiate the track prior to onboarding? I’m on the fence after reading all of the threads suggesting to avoid. However, ideally, I’m really only looking for a year 1/2 engagement before industry or grad. I just want to keep my options open if needed. Any insight is greatly appreciated. TIA!

Is it ever appropriate to mention how long a partner has let a project sit? I’m annoyed because I have other projects to do, and this partner keeps emphasizing how big a priority the project he neglected is. Now he wants me to drop everything to get it done. There’s no real deadline involved, but he brings it up every chance he gets. I know I’m not getting the project to him as soon as he would’ve liked, but is there any tactful way to defend myself - e.g., if he mentions this in my review?

I would love to get a sense of how some of you organize your days and weeks to be successful! I’ll start. 7 AM Wake Up, 8-10 AM chill / interviewing / prepping, 10-6 PM nonstop client work, 6+ either working on a side project, eating, walking outside, or collapsing from exhaustion. I’ve been somewhat successful but quite burned out and uninspired with this schedule.
