Nope. Atheist. Was forced to be in a Christian cult until I was 18. Enjoying my freedom.
Don't always go to Friday prayers, but pray at least 4x a day on time
Yes. Usually at the Saturday 4pm vigil Gregorian chant mass with the blue hairs (unless there is a CFB or baseball game conflict in which case I usually do one of the Sunday afternoon masses).
Atheist here, so 0 for me. I absolutely love it.
Catholic. Been going every Sunday all my life.
I respect religion but it's not for me. To be honest, I like when people practice
Nope
Go to church every Sunday and bible study on Wednesday evenings.
I go to the temple for the food only like 3x a year lol
I go most Sundays. Not overly religious, but I find that it's a positive way to end the weekend.
Aint got time for god this consulting gig argh
I, as a devout Muslim, go to the masjid 5x a week
Hmm interesting. Thanks for the replies guys - wanted to gauge the religious demographic within the consulting community.
EY1 when I got on a project I make sure to let the lead know that every Friday I have to go for prayer and that 1.5 hour is mine and obviously I make up the time later in the day
Raised by devout Atheists, always had a stand-off relationship with religion but chose to become a Catholic in my early 30s. I go most Sundays
@EY1, how do you do it? Do you block off your calendar for your daily prayers?
Hindu meditate at home or wherever whenever and go to Christian mass with family when celebrating holidays. But really religion is in the faith believers and fellowship and worship are for those that need to feel accepted and strengthened by interpretation of the good books. There's plenty of interpretations printed out there so I don't really feel comfortable going to a mass celebration with all the hipocracy out there.
I noticed if you're up front with your team from the very beginning, there's usually no problem
Oh. Almost forgot. Happy New Year. Can't believe it's already the first Sunday of Advent.
EY - how do you do it?
