Yes. Usually at the Saturday 4pm vigil Gregorian chant mass with the blue hairs (unless there is a CFB or baseball game conflict in which case I usually do one of the Sunday afternoon masses).

EY1 when I got on a project I make sure to let the lead know that every Friday I have to go for prayer and that 1.5 hour is mine and obviously I make up the time later in the day

Hindu meditate at home or wherever whenever and go to Christian mass with family when celebrating holidays. But really religion is in the faith believers and fellowship and worship are for those that need to feel accepted and strengthened by interpretation of the good books. There's plenty of interpretations printed out there so I don't really feel comfortable going to a mass celebration with all the hipocracy out there.

Roth vs Traditional 401k . I have been maximizing only traditional 401k past 2 years and I’m in a 24% bracket. Can lowering a tax bracket like 12% tax range in future could be an option to effectively handle 401k withdrawals? Also, would like to know about withdraws if I move back to home country and hold 401k until 60 yrs of age. Trying to figure out if I need to switch to Roth 401k now.

Thinking lower tax bracket in future could be working for <= 30k/yr with solid savings for atleast 2 years

We chop around here at the previous week's 61.8% line. Piercing that lines usually sets off a retracement that the bulls would have to defend. This week, we have a legit short setup drawn from thighs of this week to the low. Initially, the market didn't defend that short. Over the last two days, it has, with only one movement above 3109.50. On a break, we should trade down to 3039.75 for bulls to defend . Fail Below 3012.00 > 2849 target comes into play in the short to medium term.

Do you have any good habits or routines you found impactful in improving your health?

I started doing 20 min/day running first thing in the morning. I used to run a lot but havent at all in a few years. I'm on my 2nd week and I plan to keep it up for a while. Eventually Id like to add a few lifts or some yoga in during the week but I need a program otherwise it ends up sporadic, which makes it more inefficient and easier to skip (time constraints)

Figured id crowdsource for other good habits.

Anyone have suggestions on good places to get ideas for plays or to learn? I've been spending a lot of time on youtube watching dumb money and sven carlin. I'm looking for others like this. WSB used to actually be pretty good but too much GME now. No meme stonks, low float, or small cap pump dumpers plz. I got a full time job so I'm down for plays to evolve over 6-12 months rather than 1 hour.
