I’m looking around for other opportunities in healthcare and I was wondering what other institutions’ benefit packages are. How much do you all pay in premiums?

I currently have my partner on my EPO plan at MSK and pay about $88 total every two weeks. I just want to know what other institutions are offering (Cornell, Columbia, NYU, Mount Sinai, Flatiron Health, etc).

How many weeks does you firm give for parental leave?

Can anyone share what are the usual components of a flexi benefits basket and to what max amount can you utilise them.

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. Then sit here and can’t figure out why…

Have an offer from both Accenture and PWC with exactly the same base salary and unclear on annual bonus for either. Can someone tell me if I’m missing anything regarding benefits as Accenture seems to be the clear winner?
Accenture: 6% 401k fully vested after 2 years, ESPP 15% discount, 3 additional PTO days, better healthcare options. PWC: Separately paid out sick leave, 3 more holidays

I’ve been working as a contractor for 3 years renewed 6 times and they’ve been promising me a promotion to be hired full time for a while now without a raise. Finally I’m getting hired as a full time employee with benifits. One of the benefits is an annual bonus of 16%. This is 20k which is a lot of money for me. I’m devastated that I was told that I missed the cut off to qualify for the annual bonus by just 2 weeks. I’m told my start date is Monday, but I have yet to receive any paperwork.

I'm having 9 yoe and till last year my saving was around 18lakh that I used to take home with loan of 30L for 10 years and now I'm paying around 35k emi.
