I got an informal offer stating the salary range before they officially extend a written offer. I accepted over email and the recruiter said this:

Are you comfortable accepting at the (lowest part of the range) and everything else listed? Or would it need to be on the higher end of the range I suggested?

What the heck do I say while being polite??? Of course I would rather it be higher than the lowest part of the range!!

I have joined EY in the last week of December. I worked with previous company for 7 months from May till 3rd week of December. Do I have to provide investment proof to the new company. I had declared investment in my previous company but did not provide any proof of the same. Also, please confirm do I have to provide salary proof of previous company. What do you do when a store manager let's a cashier.walk all over the assistant manager? Dm isn't any help. I'm at my wits end! Store manager sticks up for cashier every single time. I've offered to give that cashier my keys . I'm so done with trying to do right, only to have manager make up excuses.

Hello Everyone - My wife and I are expecting our first. I've looked through a lot of posts here and revies online. Uppababy Vista gets pretty favorable reviews and my wife and I both liked it when we check it at a store this past weekend. A bit big for traveling, so thinking about getting the Minu as well. Anyone who has had firsthand experience with the Vista and Minu pairing, would love to hear your feedback and if you'd go with something different?

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.

2. 36.5 LPA fixed pay ( employee pf 12% of basic and employer PF is 1800 )

2. 50k 80ccd

Lateral hire here. Starting a new job soon and as part of my offer I need to sit for the next bar. I want to start on the right foot and be as available as possible but also study for the bar. How would you handle? Should I gently remind partners I’m sitting for the July bar or just not say anything? Side note - I’m using this in between time to study as much as a can but I’m nervous about juggling both responsibilities
