Sometimes, but that's why I quit
At my last job if I didn't answer messages my manager would call me over and over until I picked up. When he left a nasty voicemail telling me I was letting the "entire team down" on a Saturday night at ELEVEN PM. I quit lol. Best decision I ever made.
Hear hear! weekends are supposed to be enjoyed with family and friends. not working for a measly amount and because of a boss I disliked very much
