I was active in the markets during college. Once I started work though haven't traded nearly as much. Only bought stocks for long term. Only plays I made so far this year was to buy puts on nifty and banknifty just before the sell off during March and made a ton of money. But yeah with this job, it's getting hard to actively study the markets every day.

I would recommend against trading with a big 4 job. For investing,you can always research and study on weekends and place your orders during weekdays (hardly takes a minute).

Do you guys worry about you future in IT industry and also health by working on this seating job.
