I am a sales rep and have worked extremely hard to build a large book of business. Every year upper management seems to find a way to cut commissions and make my hard work, worth less. Is this common? It’s pretty draining to work harder and get paid less year over year even though you’re typically getting more business. I don’t feel valued. Do more for less? Any other great sales companies/ industries that people are happy with and compensated accordingly? Preferably uncapped commissions

I’m thinking of leaving accounting and get back into sales. Sold cars for 5 years and was a finance manager (the guy selling you extended warranties) for 2. Went back into accounting because thought I’d work the field I studied for and go for CPA. What do you guys recommend? How does one get into fintech sales, any certifications I should work towards, etc. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi guys , i have close to 4 years experience in data science. Mostly live project experience in sales, demand forecast, time series models, sales regression models , time series anomaly. Mostly into one type of domain problem.
