I had an online assessment round at Intuit and then a technical round. Both went good. But its been 15 days I am yet to hear back from them. Does intuit send closure/rejection email or is it just implicit? also what is the cooling period for intuit ? and what should be the expected ctc if things go right? Time - it often takes a. lot. of. time(!) to find a good therapist, both in researching and scheduling, but also taking time off work to do the intro meeting and see if they’re a good fit.
I did and have talked to multiple therapists. Unfortunately they are not helpful for my situation. I find it challenging to find a truly insightful and inspiring therapist.
I HIGHLY recommend researching the preferred psychotherapy approach(es) of each potential therapist you find (they usually include this in their bio).
Some therapists specialize in digging deep into your past to help you learn more about your present behavior (i.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) while others mainly focus on helping you overcome a specific roadblock or concern (i.e. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy). It could be that you’ve met with therapists that don’t specialize in the type of therapy you’re looking for, which is why you left disappointed. Even though it takes a while to find a really good therapist that you jive with, it’s really worth it!
Money :( I would totally use therapy and it actually has been amazing but it’s so expensive
I’m not sure. I have Aetna EPO

That would sort of be like that scene from Airplane! where the woman goes “Jim never has a second cup of coffee.”
I literally never leave my desk. It never occurred to me😆
