Anyone that travels remotely full time should try.

Everyone ponders then realizes how ridiculous the requirements are to make the move then doesnt

Requirements aren’t that crazy really, just requires some persistence and being a high performer.

Persistence has nothing to do with it. You need a partner to pull you in who has literally no incentive to do so.

HC OT

Interesting everyone has different experiences with this...I know a guy who transferred to core after 2.5 years in the DC.. but he is/was a “rockstar”... the ppmd was/is annoyed by people wanting to transfer.. in their minds they didn’t hire u to go to core they hired u for the DC

Was this SCNO? Think I know who you’re taking about and it was a really rare exception from what I was told by a partner.

Hi friends! I’m looking for resources to help me be successful in a “Functional Lead” role.

The role is in FinTech
I’m responsible for strategy, comms and key partnerships for a bank product. It reports through Customer Experience but touches product, Ops. marketing. It’s basically a Project Manager role but more nuanced.

Anyone out there in a role like this? Any books. videos or even best practices to share?

Is it okay that I’ve been a slow junior as we’re hours away from closing? I’m trying to be proactive and available to cross things off the list but I’m SLOW: takes me long enough that they do it themselves (even though this wasn’t an issue earlier in the deal) and even on quick tasks or emails, they respond to it before I can click send. There’s also so much about closing that I don’t understand and I feel like I’m bothering the higher-ups on the team whenever I ask. *end anxiety post*

Hi I am a female USDC SS level employee and would be on bench starting from mid September. I have received a generic email from RM stating that work from home is not allowed when on bench and have to come to office from 9am to 5pm. I am a mother of 11 months old and my family already had Covid few months back. Since my kid is very small i am not comfortable sending him to day care. Can anyone suggest how to get approval for work from home during my bench time. I am very much tensed
