Everyday, both shampoo and conditioner... I know people will say it’s crazy
😖
Chopped mine off in quarantine and now I've got an undercut pixie. I shampoo every 2 weeks with a sulfate free moisturizing shampoo, and use a silicone free conditioner every couple days. On days I wash it, I add a baobob oil and marshmallow root leave in moisturizer/detangler Most days I don't bother doing much with it and just let my natural curls do their thing, but if there's a special occasion I use some layright to give it some extra body and hold.
Would add - if you're a curly girl recovering from poor hair practices: Do a hair detox with a Bentonite clay mask, and then do a silicone free deep condition. It'll reset your curl pattern and prep your hair to shampoo less.

I have highlights which make my hair to dry and more porous. I wash my roots once every 3-4 day days and maintain with dry shampoo in between (a tea tree organic powder) and condition the rest of my hair like hell. I also use a leave in conditioner and spray that around here and there.
I wash with a shampoo and leave in a dry oil on my wet hair. You could try it too :)
For sure! Ive loved it so far ❤️
Yes. Probably depends on your hair quality / health though. Do you feel like your hair health is getting worse?
I’m working to get my hair back to good health. It’s naturally curly but has suffered years of colour and heat damage which I regret!
2-4 products depending on if i’m shampooing or doing a mask: shampoo, conditioner, mask, moroccan oil. Usually avoid shampoo bc curly hair
I have very fine hair so i usually need to shampoo at least 1x/week, sometimes i can stretch it to once every other week. I condition every time I wash my hair which is roughly 2-3/week
I use just one... Head and shoulders 2-in-1 ginger root and tea tree scented. For context, I have straight black hair, never been permed, dyed or anything. I've tried using other shampoos and conditioners and I always end up with itchy or dry scalp and it's just dandruff everywhere. I always end up back at Head and Shoulders lol.
