For me, it's that you are in charge of your own career and no one cares about it like you do. Ask for what you want and make your own opportunities. Doing great work is a good first step, but it's not enough to really build the career you want.

I am an hourly employee. Currently if there is a hospital call that needs to be done, someone will volunteer to do it for overtime. Now, my company wants to create a set call schedule. I am data engineer with 3.8 YOE. I have offers from Accenture (11.5), tcs (11 LPA), wipro (14 LPA) and Publicis sapient (15 LPA).

Now I'm not so good at coding.

But confused bw
