That’s awesome! Could you give us a breakdown of what you eat when? I’m hoping to get to 3-4. I am now at 1-2
7-10, aim for 10.
Feel better in every way, mentally, physically, hair/skin/nails, sleep better etc.
Only positives
I don't do breakfast so I try for 2-3 at lunch, 2-3 as snacks and around 5 at dinner. I'm veggie so that helps of course! Lots of veg and bean casserles/chillis/curries/stir fries.
Curries are great, I throw in loads of different veg (mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, sweet potato, onion, spinach, cauliflower...), coconut milk, spices and sometimes chickpeas or lentils and it's yum 😁 I try for a variety of color, makes it a bit of a game as sad as that sounds haha
Does pizza count as veggies?

In my book it does!

I’m vegan so pretty much the majority of what I eat is straight vegetables plus a usually soy based protein. I literally had a huge bowl today of grains and veggies (farro, wild rice, root vegetables, chick peas, onions, broccoli) and then topped it off with Seitan for extra protein and oil and dairy free caesar dressing. Had tofu fried rice with veggies for dinner tonight too. I feel better in a number of ways by eating primarily vegetables with most meals.

As many as I possibly can. My breakfast is usually just a fruit salad with nuts and seeds, but I put apple. pear, bananas, a variety of berries, mandarins, mango/pineapple/kiwi, and any other fruit I currently have in my house. Great way to start the day with a boat load of nutrients
