How many weekends do you have to dedicate to work a year/month?

Recently got an offer from ZS Associates as Decision Analytics Consultant in forecasting POD. curious to know what type of projects r there in forecasting POD? can i get GTM kind of projects ? How is the work culture ? I understand WLB will take a serious hit 🤣 but that is okay as long as projects are good with enough client exposureZS Associates

Starting work next week. Likely WFH the whole year. I have a standard morning routine that I would like to try to keep. What’s a reasonable time for me to start working?

On the other hand, what’s a reasonable time for me to log off? Say I come to good stopping point and I fall asleep around 9:30pm. But then something happens at 10:30pm and i’m asleep… would partners be pissed?

Is it worthy to leave KPMG and join Axtria?
Salary offered : 21 L fixed
CCTC: 11.8 fixed
Tech stack: Tableau, Power BI, SQL
If i stay in KPMG, i will reach out to a figure close to what I have from Axtria. This will happen through salary correction and yearly appraisal.
If i consider this, will it be a good decision to continue with KPMG ?

I am having 6 and half YOE. Techstack is front end development mostly on Angular. Currently working at a product based organization. I joined this org 8 months ago. This job has really stressed me out and I am on the verge of a burn out. I am considering quitting and taking a break for two months. Is it a bad idea to quit without having another job, especially given the market conditions now ? I really want to a month or two to take some time off and refresh. Pl advise.

Do you like to stay up late and work? I'm a night owl and with WFH sometimes I like to exercise late hours, but then of course I have to get up on time and send off the emails and questions first thing in the morning, because no one wants to hear from me at 3am. Anyone doing a better job at this?
