6-7 times a week, Orange theory 3 x during the week while traveling, class pass and barrys boot camp on weekend
A3 is a liar
4-5 times per week, 1 hour each time. 6 am when traveling to make sure I get it in even when there are late nights
Working on this with a health coach. So challenging on the road without a habit or schedule. Goal is heart rate up for 150 minutes per week, and I aim for 2 while on the road and 2 on the weekend. Rest Monday and Friday.
I hit Orange Theory 3x a week. 1x lifting heavier at the apt gym, and two recovery days.
When I’m training for a race I’ve gone up to 16 hours a week with high volume on the bike. Right now I would say 8 w/o a week. 1 rest day and 2 doubles but they could be a short as a 3 mile run

Monday - Thursday: 2 is good. Usually also get 2-3 between Friday - Sunday

3-6 depending on the days. If I need a quick one it’s 30 min weights, a little more time is swimming laps, 1-2 hours on the weekends or early evenings is a bike ride
6 days a week, 45 mins to an hour. One of those is usually something light, like yoga or elliptical. Or sometimes a complete rest day. 1 day a week, 2-4 hours.
1-3 x week; try to do at least 60 mins to make it worthwhile
4-6, with 2 of those being double days
Reporting bias. My team size is huge and half the people dont go to gym at all.
