Hey lovely women! I’m reviewing an offer, and I’m not really familiar how proration & bonuses work.

If on the offer it states,

$20,000 performance bonus (calendar year; prorated)

$10,000 end of year bonus (calendar year; prorated)

What does this mean for me if I potentially join on July 1st? Will it be adjusted to only the time I’m in the company, i.e. year-end bonus becomes half? 😊 Or? And the calendar year means I get the year-end on December and not my one-year mark, right?
