How many years should i stay at a boutique consultancy before going into industry (fortune 15 company)? Want to eventually get into MBB later

I’ll be taking out a lot in MBA loans, so I want to recruit for the best possible company across IB, consulting, and tech. I care more about the employer brand than the job, and if I despise it, I’ll leave after 1 - 2 yrs for wlb. Any advice on how to recruit to maximize for this? Could I recruit mainly for BBs, MBB, and FAANG?

Any recommendations for recruiters that specialize in lateral partners in the California market? Southern California even better.

Any L1 folks here? Have you recently tried to file extension after 3 years, what's been the outcome?
