Joined Company A, 2 months ago in APM role. Now, I have got another offer from Company B for the same role.

Company A is in real estate, Company B is in healthcare.

CTC at Company A: 21 fixed + 1 retention bonus (1 year)

CTC at Company B: 22.5 fixed + 2.5 variable+ 1 joining bonus

Should I join the new company? Or ask the current one to match the offer?

P.S. both companies are Bangalore based startups though company A is bigger in terms of employees. (1500 vs 150)

Since I am working from home, I have been able to foster dogs. I love been able to help doggies. I would like to do something more. I am good with computers and I manage a lot of data at work.
