How meaningful are CPEA and SPEA certifications in the world PE consulting?

Looking for a switch to Front-end development. Currently working as an SAP engineer from last 1 year.
Current FE skill - HTML5, CSS3, JS, Basics of react js, node js, express. Can i switch domains now. Please advise.

Okay. My first exam for AUD was over a year ago and I got a 59. Now the books have all changed and I can’t take notes as well since a lot of the formatting of the exam is different. Should I push the exam back more (I test next Saturday) to order a new book or jus to focus on MCQs? If just go for MCQs then should I focus on any sections in particular? I’m using Becker atm.

EY salary band for Experienced Hire SC, no MBA. Also what is the expected amount of time at this level before Promo to M? Is it up or out like other B4 firms?

How are lateral hires done at MBBs for more junior roles (i.e. senior analyst or junior/senior associate)? Is there an internal talent acquisition team at MBB that goes through LinkedIn and seek potential candidates? This is probably difficult because you can't really tell if an employee is an outstanding candidate just from his/her LinkedIn?

Also what are the chances of moving into MBB from Tier 2? I know lateral among MBB is common but haven't heard of many cases going from T2 to MBB.

I have a really hard time understanding whether law is at all prestigious or not

I’m a 3rd year associate at a MM PE fund that has been successful in deploying our first fund and we’re now raising our 2nd at ~$400M. I was the 1st hire 2+ years ago and am the only associate. I do everything including DD, PortCo value creation and IR. Currently paid $250k all-in in a HCOL but with no carry & work 70+ hrs. Am I paid market? How should I broach a title/raise/carry participation discussion? My partners haven’t run a PE firm before as they were operators so not sure they know.

How long did it take you to get an off-cycle PE offer? How many first round interviews? Average number of total rounds for the offers?
