Has anyone lost a friend who was very young? I lost my friend a year ago when she was 25 and I’m still hurting. I don’t know how to move on. I miss her every single day but feels so stupid to talk about it because people just ask me to move on because it’s been so long. But I don’t wanna move on. It’s very difficult to do life without her

Currently I'm working working as Senior software Engineer on Java in my current company. It's been 5 months since I joined here. The work is good I'm getting to learn a lot of new things in this development project. But my current CTC is 16 LPA. But I got another offer from HCL for 22 LPA. I know that HCL is a big company but I also know that there will be less salary hikes and might get support projects.

Could you please suggest if I should switch or work for one year and then switch ?
