How do I prepare for an FDD case study interview?

Been in public accounting for a year, and am not sure if this is the place for me. Everyone says to stay until at least senior but I doubt with my anxiety disorder I’ll be able to manage that. Am I setting myself up for failure in the long term by leaving in the next few months? Should I just stick it out?
