I am currently at engineer designation at nagarro. My cctc is 7lpa and my appraisal is scheduled next month. Will I be promoted to Senior Engineer next month itself along with appraisal? Also how much hike can i expect? I am having 2.7 yrs of experience.

I turned down an interview opportunity in industry that had a 20% pay increase last week. Should I be regretting my decision? The one what if in my mind is "What if I'm not promoted to manager ". Then I turned down an interview with a better salary for nothing. But feedback at my current firm indicates I'll be a manager, I know nothing is guaranteed though. Thoughts?

Had a recent job offer from Amazon TC 146 K sign on bonus 42K RSU 508 for a L6 Sr. Program manager based out of Nashville. This is barely more than the amount I make now(actually base is lower than what I make). I’m planning to ask for about 18% more, is that a high number? Does anyone have an idea how much Amazon negotiates? This is for a non tech role so I’m not sure of the exact salary range.

The role I interviewed for had 2 recruiters. One covered the beginning and the second covered the end. When we first started interviews, I told the first recruiter my range. She said she’d discuss with the hiring manager to confirm it was ok since it was on the higher end. And now when I just got the initial verbal “you got the role”, the second recruiter told me the amount, which was significantly less. She said she’s going to compensation to see what she can get but in the case that it’s low
