Hi all - figuring out loan options. Does anyone know if it’s better to choose:
A.) a longer term loan with a higher interest rate and overpay each month (0.5% higher interest, ~300 less in payment each month)
B.) a shorter term loan with a lower interest rate and meet the monthly payment exactly

Which brokerage for Roth IRA?!
I am looking to open a Roth IRA account. I currently already have a personal investment account with TD Ameritrade and 401k with Schwab. Leaning towards adding it on to TD, but unsure of possible fees saved at Fidelity or Vanguard being large enough to outweigh the burden of adding one more brokerage to the list. If I have a Roth IRA that I contributed to previously but this year I’ll be making over the income limit and want to do a backdoor conversion, should I open a new Roth IRA? Or open a traditional Roth and then convert into the same Roth I used before? Will there be any issues one way or another when it comes to taxes?
