How much are Tech/Cyber Senior Consultants (2-4) YOE getting paid at big 4's nowadays?

How do you make the point to recruiter/ during the interview process that YES you're asking for more money than what they are probably paying some of their employees now with the same title you'll have... because of inflation?
As an account, I should be able to say that, but people have told me that sometimes I come across as too direct because I don't sugarcoat things 😁

I have worked in healthcare for almost 4 years now. I have experience in managed care, utilization management, and clinical administrator coordinator. I love my job and the pay is fair but being single and on my own it is not enough to live on and enjoy. I make about 55K and am really hoping to reach at-least a 75K+ job.
