how much % bonus I can expect for High contribution rating ?

Is there any paralegals that receive cash bonuses? If so, how much? I have been working at this law firm for 2 years and only received $200 bonus and that was when I first got hired.

I have a final interview for a company in the Bay Area. It’s an entry level role and was told it would be $26. I have spoken to other employees and agree with this pay. But other companies pay around $29 for the same role title. Should I negotiate the $29 salary although it’s an entry level role and don’t have any experience?

I am currently a practice manager for a large practice that is in 3 states with over 300 locations. When I was promoted 3 years ago it was to take the place of the DOO that resigned, who was making 6 figures, and doing a quarter of the work that I do. They have me at $63,000 salary, but I work 60-70 hours a week due to the work load. Now they hired a new marketing employee, that was started at double my salary, and I feel very offended by this. What’s the best way to address this with HR?
